Complaints > Summary Analysis of Complaints | How to Make a Complaint

The Central Services Agency Complaints Procedures

This class tells you how the Agency deals with complaints, provides its current policy and a summary analysis of complaints received.

The Central Services Agency is required to respond promptly and systematically to all complaints. The complaints policy is designed to make it easier for the general public, and others, to obtain a response to their concerns, and for Agency staff to respond in an open and constructive manner. This should enable the Agency to improve the quality of its services. The policy will be reviewed regularly to ensure adherence to best practice and, in particular, guidance from the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety.
