Introduction

The Directorate of Finance has two distinct functions. The first is the provision of a range of financial services directly to Health and Social Services Organisations including the operation of central banking arrangements for Boards and Trusts. The second function is the provision of financial and administrative support to other Directorates of the Central Services Agency. This includes Contract/Service Level Agreement costings, budgetary control, financial advice, and payment services.

The Directorate provides financial services to the NI Guardian Ad Litem Agency, the NI Practice and Education Council for Nursing and Midwifery and the Ni Social Care Council in addition to its work for the CSA itself
